Slow Food City’s Edge is the Slow Food chapter for the DeKalb, DuPage and Kane counties. SFCE Is committed to real food and food diversity, our community and our environment. We celebrate local and seasonal food traditions, support sustainable agriculture and embrace the pleasures of eating good meals around the table.
Slow Food (Int’l) is a “grassroots” international organization that started in 1986, currently with thousands of members worldwide, Slow Food aims to link the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.
